Calvin Pepper

Experience & Activities

Cal Pepper is the owner and senior consultant at C. E. Pepper & Associates in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He has over 40 years of engineering, project management, and quality management experience both within the U.S. and abroad. He currently serves as District 9 Director on the AWS Board of Directors, as well as a member of both the AWS Handbook and Q&C Committee. Mr. Pepper has over 30 publications in project and quality topics, as well as having presented multiple technical topics at international conferences.

Mr. Pepper is a U.S. Navy veteran and a graduate of Louisiana State University in Nuclear Engineering, is a CWI, certified by ASQ as a Certified Quality Auditor, and by ASNT ACCP as VT Level II. He is a Life Member of AWS and a recipient of the AWS CWI Lifetime Achievement Award (CWI LTAA).
