Dual Signature Certification
Due to state requirements, the Radiation Safety training certificate will include two signature spaces. Brent Moulton, NIA’s Radiation Safety Officer, will sign to confirm the completion of the online portion of the course. The second signature space is for the student’s current or future employer to sign after providing the required company-specific training during onboarding. This second signature is necessary to make the certificate valid.
Texas Approved 40 Hour Radiation Safety
National Inspection Academy’s Radiation Safety program is approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
